Mr. Kent concentrates his practice in the areas of banking/finance, garnishment, probate and real estate law.
Mr. Kent received his B.A. degree in 1961 from Yale University. He received his J.D. from the University of Florida in 1964 and his Master of Law in Taxation from New York University Graduate School of Law in 1965.
He is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, Middle District of Florida, United States Tax Court, United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, United States District Court for the District of Nebraska, United States Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit, and Supreme Court of the United States. He is also a member of the American and Jacksonville Bar Associations.
