Paul Bueker's practice focuses on civil trial defense in the areas of commercial and construction litigation, municipal liability, general personal injury defense and premises liability.
He graduated from Florida State University in 1995 with a B.A. in English. He also received his J.D. from Florida State University in 1999.
Mr. Bueker is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association. He was recently named to the 2009 Super Lawyers - Rising Stars list. He is admitted to practice in all Florida courts and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. Before entering private practice, he was an Assistant State Attorney where he prosecuted numerous felony trials.
